Our cuisineThe produce used for the menu you are about to experience are sourced within 100km in the region around Geneva and directly from the producers at the Marché Helvétique. The dairy and cheeses are provided by Les Trois Meules, the animal proteins are provided by Boucherie du Molard and the fresh water fishes are provided by Novameditpesca. The bread is baked daily by boulangerie Pasqual Keller.
We strive to get as many GRTA and organic ingredients as possible and all the preparations are made in house by our small team with a minimal use of sugars, salts and fats to offer you a balanced and natural meal.
All our wines are single-grape, natural or organic and sourced in within 200km around Geneva and all our soft drinks are brewed in house.Our social commitment -
Our social commitmentA gourmet meal is usually an experience reserved for a privileged clientele. We are changing this paradigm by creating an exquisite culinary experience while sharing it with the whole community. Open four days to the public, our chefs offer a local, sustainable and organic menu. On the fifth day, the same menu will be offered for free to the less fortunate, in collaboration with our community partners. Le cinquième jour is also unique because is the first chefs’ counter in Switzerland with a constantly changing tasting menu, experimenting with the seasonal produces and the local culture.Our cuisine
