The Fifth Day
A gourmet meal is too often an experience reserved for a privileged clientele. We are changing this paradigm by creating an exquisite culinary experience while sharing with the community. Open four days to the public, our chefs offer local and sustainable organic dishes. On the fifth day, the same menu will be offered for free to the less fortunate, identified by our community partners.
The Fifth Day is also unique in that it is the first chefs’ counter in Switzerland with a constantly changing test menu, experimenting with the seasonal tastes of local culture, from farm to table.
Why this concept?
